Make The Most Of Your Time
We value and appreciate your time, as well as our own. Because appointments take a great deal of commitment from providers and patients, our policies are strictly enforced.
Our Policies
Appointments must be canceled 3 days in advance. If you do not cancel within a 3-day window, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are based on the service. If you need to reschedule, you can do so by phone. Email and social media messages are not acceptable. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
We value you as our patient. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call the office. All patients will need to have a credit card on file for these purposes. Additionally, patients will be required to acknowledge and electronically sign our cancellation policy.
We keep our pricing up to date on our website. Although we will do our best to keep our patients informed, pricing is subject to change without notice. In an effort to keep our prices as manageable as possible, there will be a convenience fee of 3.99% added to any credit card transaction. We will happily accept cash or check payment to help patients avoid this fee. Any service package purchased must be utilized within 12 months of the purchase date. All sales are final. Products can not be returned.
Gift cards can be used for services or products at Grace + Beauty. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another patient. You can purchase a gift card as a gift for a different patient. Their name needs to be entered as the recipient in order to do so. A gift card needs to be present at the point of sale. If you are using an eGift card, a voucher number needs to be provided at the point of sale. Gift cards do not expire.
Consultations cost $125. This fee is collected when your appointment is confirmed. Once the consultation has concluded, the fee can be applied toward your procedure. The fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you have to reschedule or cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy. Consultations and the payment for consultations are valid for 90 days.
